RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Dear customer, we would like to inform you that any unwanted or unused item cannot be returned or exchanged

We will be happy to accommodate your wishes at Establishment Destination Trading Company (ASANTI). Please review our exchange and return policy.



Basic conditions and requirements for exchanging or returning any item:

1- Electrical equipment cannot be returned or exchanged.

2- The item to be replaced must be in its original condition, without any use, with all its accessories, and in the packaging as it was delivered, with the original purchase invoice attached to it.

3- Transporting the items to the headquarters of the company and the establishment destination (Asante) for the purpose of return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

4- The Establishment Destination Company (Asanti) has the right to inspect the item and refuse to return or replace it if it is found that there are dents, breaks, or any signs of use. The Establishment Destination Company (Asanti) will not bear the costs of returning the items to the customer’s headquarters.

5-The customer has the right to replace the device within a maximum of 7 working days during non-offer times and 3 working days during offer times. The customer also bears the cost of shipping to and from the company.

The customer has the right to return the device no later than 3 working days in cases other than offers

He worked for one day on the offers, provided that he bore the cost of shipping to and from the company, in addition to a 15% discount on administrative and warehouse fees.

In order for the return or exchange process to be completed within the period indicated after opening the product or carton, 30% of the product value will be deducted.

6- In the event that the goods are reserved with a deposit or the full amount is paid without receipt for more than 5 days, the company has the right to deduct 30% of the invoice value upon return.


Warranty Terms:

1- The Commercial Establishment Destination Company (Asanti) provides its services within the city of Riyadh.

2- The customer will bear the technician’s exit fees after the first year from the date of purchase.

3- In the case of the warranty outside Riyadh, the city of Riyadh, the customer must bear all expenses (transportation - flight tickets to areas 300 kilometers away from the city of Riyadh, housing, excess working hours, and any other costs that may occur).

4- Except for the refrigeration equipment, it is sent to the maintenance headquarters of the Commercial Establishment Destination Company (Asanti) in Riyadh, and the customer must bear the shipping costs.

5- Before operating any equipment, it is necessary to follow the operating and periodic maintenance system in the booklet attached to the equipment. This is a basic condition for the warranty. If the customer desires technical support service, he must call or write to the number 0589646669-0114046669.

All electrical appliances come with a two-year warranty, the first year including spare parts and the second year maintenance only

6- We made sure to inspect all electrical appliances before delivering them to the customer, and the customer must sign the safety of the received equipment.

7- The warranty does not include external accessories.

8- The warranty does not include consumable parts.


Referrals not covered by warranty:

1- If the equipment is subjected to external maintenance.

2- In the event that the equipment is operated incorrectly (such as using a high-pressure gas regulator or operating the equipment with a different electrical current), the information provided by the customer regarding the electrical voltage (1 phase - 3 phase) 220-380 is incorrect.

3- Using equipment in a manner that violates the operating and maintenance system is considered misuse, for example.

4- Malfunctions resulting from lack of hygiene or incorrect cleaning of the stomach, such as spraying.


Substitute goods:

1- The malfunction in the device is the result of manufacturing defects and cannot be resolved within 30 days.

2- The spare part is not available and it will take more than 30 days to provide it.

When signing the receipt document, receiving the invoice, or receiving it through shipping companies, the customer is considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions.
