Delivery:
1- Delivery of the goods shall be within the working hours of the company and the business establishment (Asante).
2- The company is responsible for delivering orders within the city of Riyadh only.
3- Delivery of items exceeding 100 kilograms within the ground floor only.
4- The customer must ensure that there is a person responsible for receipt. In the event that there is no person responsible for receipt, the customer must schedule another time for delivery and bear the delivery fees the next time, according to what is determined by the company.
If a refund is requested, 15% of the invoice value will be deducted from the invoice value as administrative and warehouse fees.
5- If the customer is located outside the city of Riyadh, the company’s responsibility is limited to delivering the goods to the shipping companies specified by the customer, without the company bearing any shipping costs.
6- The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the goods if they are sent with shipping companies
7-If the customer does not receive his goods, flooring fees will be calculated after 15 days from the date of issuing the invoice in the amount of 0.5% of the invoice value per day.
8-If shipping is agreed upon with the transportation company to another city or governorate and the shipment is received in a different city or governorate, the customer will be notified of the necessity of paying the amount due. In the event of non-payment, the necessary legal measures will be taken and the product warranty will be cancelled.
