Terms and Conditions
A-Warranty:
1- The warranty period for Wahat Al Tasseed Electrical Appliances Trading Company is two years. The first year: includes spare parts and maintenance. The second year: includes maintenance only.
2- Destination Establishment Trading Company provides its service within the main cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. In the event of warranty outside the main cities, the customer must bear all expenses (transportation, housing, and excess working hours).
3- In the event of non-compliance with bringing the purchase invoice, the trading establishment company has the right to refuse to bring the device in for warranty repair, and the device will be placed out of warranty.
4- The warranty is considered void if the device is opened for repair by a party different from the company and the establishment destination for trade.
5- The Establishment Destination Trading Company does not bear any responsibility for any malfunctions resulting from the unauthorized repair process
6- The Establishment Destination Trading Company has the right to determine the type of technical malfunction after examining whether it is covered by the warranty or not.
7- The company is not responsible for connecting or operating devices incorrectly
8- The warranty period for goods made in China is only two years of maintenance
